OK guys - finally an update for Age of Conquest ONLINE :kg:

Here's the lowdown:
  • Tourneys in Progress can be deleted (use for testing)
  • League Realm OPEN! (Tourney GerĂ¼st)
  • Messaging improved (better formated - hopefully!)
  • Tourney Winner Notification: ALL admins & moderators including tourney owner will be notified!
  • French updated (Desktop) by Benoit Bertrand
  • Error Sound FX added (e.g. OK button pressed but no units selected)
  • Game name censor added.
  • Bugfix: 1 vs. 1 tourneys now working (1st round is qualification round)
  • Bugfix: Team Tourneys possible (players seeded by Clans if possible)
  • Bugfix: both Android + Desktop subscriptions displayed
  • Admin Search Tool (Cheat Investigation): click on UID to view all users with same UID
  • Hide button removed (no work Mac)

Please note, I now added the League realm (same as tourneys). Both 1 vs. 1 and team tournaments should work now. Please note, for team tournaments that players are grouped by Clans! Also note that if it is e.g. a 4 vs. 4 team tournament, then 4 8 12 16 etc. players by Clan need to sign up for the Clan groups to be correctly seeded into the games. If only 3 or 5 players of a clan sign up for a 4 vs. 4 team tournament, the players might be assigned to different teams.

For all tournaments, the 1st round will always be the qualification round. Lower rated players (if it is not a team game) will need to compete for the elimination rounds of a tourney. Higher rated players will move to the elimination automatically. That means also that once the elimination starts, all the games will be filled to 100% with players. There will be no vacant spots. I believe that's also what realRiff has expressed in his league overview if I am not mistaken.

I also improved cheat detection. You can now click on a player's UID to list all the players that use the same UID. That's going to be interesting.

If you guys have time, please test out the league tourney functionality to make sure it works. Report bugs back to me. And yes, tourneys in progress can now be deleted!

Read my list above for other updates. Questions?

Great, I'm looking forward to testing it out. :kg:

However, I'm not sure if I understand this one:
* Hide button removed (no work Mac)
Why would anyone want that button removed? Perhaps it because I use my computer differently but I like being able to "hide" or "minimize" the game. For instant when I need to go to the forum to post and log any activity I did as an investigator or go do other things for a short period of time.

You are playing if full screen mode? If no, you could just minimize the window?

The [Hide] button produced problems on Mac. I didn't think anyone was using it anyway, so I removed it. I guess I was wrong? You guys are all using the [Hide] button???

Ah - I usually don't play in full screen mode. I bounce around to much for that (multitasking) so I usually play in window mode. So I guess it was my misunderstanding.
:/

So yep, if you play in Window mode (I do too!!!), just click on the hide window icon (same function).
