It will be nice to make more smaller provinces

It's not possible because otherwise, the provinces would become too small to be selected/displaying all the troops. Basically, it will prevent maps that can't be played.

But then how people are doing a lot of provinces? Do they reach the limit of imagine over 4000x3000?

You can fit a lot of provinces in 4000x3000!

It took Travis 103.55 hours (and 222819 clicks) to finish "Large Europe" which has the maximal size of 4000x3000. If you consider 8-hour work days, that would account to close to 13 work days!

Aye! Not to mention I went for larger provinces where needed (northeast area) and larger water provinces than I usually do, which I think work better for gameplay. Game says there are 1184 provinces, not sure if that includes the water provinces? Seems unreal, is that accurate? :o

Then, depending on land mass, a map could probably hit 1500 provinces easily.
